Dr. Adel’s preventive mattress topper was developed based on Dr. Adel’s extensive experience with patients suffering from neck and spine pain. This topper was personally designed and supervised by Dr. Adel, who carefully determined its firmness levels and height. It was studied, developed, and tested on hundreds of participants over more than two years to reach the ideal balance of support and comfort.
Fabric & Layers
- The outer fabric is made from 100% first-pick combed natural cotton, featuring a zigzag design inspired by the terrain of Tuwaiq Mountain. It is treated with cooling technology to feel cool against the skin and allow enhanced airflow for healthy ventilation during sleep.
- The internal layers are removable, adjustable, and interchangeable, allowing you to control both firmness and height by switching or removing layers.
- First layer (3 cm height): Premium 100% microfiber down-alternative filling, divided into equal squares to maintain body stability during sleep.
- Second layer (3 cm height): Memory foam that contours to the body while providing balanced softness and support, helping maintain proper spinal alignment.
- Total topper height: 6 cm
- It comes with four elastic corner straps for easy and secure attachment to the mattress.

How to Adjust the Firmness Levels
Dr. Adel’s topper offers 3 adjustable firmness levels depending on how the internal layers are arranged:
- Medium Firmness (5/10): Place the microfiber down-alternative layer on top and the memory foam layer underneath.
- Lower Firmness (3/10): Place the memory foam layer on top and the microfiber layer underneath.
- High Softness (8/10): Remove the memory foam layer completely and keep only the microfiber down-alternative layer.

Usage Instructions
- The topper should be rotated weekly by switching the head side with the foot side and flipping the right and left sides.
- Place it directly over the mattress and secure it using the attached fabric straps.
- Cover the topper with a rubber fitted bedsheet or hotel-style sheet to maintain cleanliness.
Washing Instructions
Spot clean stains when they occur.
The topper layers should be cleaned only when necessary using Dry Clean only.
