Our delivering service is free inside Saudi Arabia.

Karaz Linen is entitled to charge fees under exceptional circumstances beyond our control.

 

 

Shipping bed mattresses.

Free bed mattresses shipping to major cities in SA

Orders to minor cities and towns might be charged with shipping fees, the client will receive a call confirming the fee value or denying it once the order is confirmed

If the address is not in a major city, you can chose to ship it to a major city and personally collect the mattress from there; in that case, the shipping is free

Mattress delivery service does not include delivering it up the building and to your apartment floor.

Shipping and delivering expenses.

The client is responsible for shipping fees from SA to Gulf countries, including tariffs.

Karaz Linen is entitled to charge fees under exceptional circumstances beyond our control.

Once the order is confirmed, we will send the client a bill of lading and the shipping company name will be sent to the email the client registered when they made the purchase through and to the whatsapp of the number included in the order data. The client is responsible of following up and contacting the shipping company via their number or email.

The orders are usually delivered to the client's exact address; they might have to collect their order from the shipping company due to insufficient address input or not answering the shipping company calls or any condition beyond our control.
