Shipping and Delivery Policy for Orders within Saudi Arabia
Shipping and Delivery Costs:
- Free shipping for orders of SAR 300 or more within Saudi Arabia.
- We reserve the right to charge shipping fees under exceptional circumstances beyond our control.
Sleep Mattress Shipping Procedure:
- Free shipping for sleep mattresses within main cities in Saudi Arabia.
- Shipping fees may apply for mattresses delivered to non-main cities or villages. Once your order is confirmed, you will be contacted to confirm whether shipping fees will be added to your order and the corresponding amount.
- If your address is in a non-main city, you may choose to ship to a main city and pick up the mattress from there, in which case no shipping fees will apply.
- Mattress shipping service does not include carrying (lifting) the mattress to any floor within the building.
Shipping and Delivery Policy for GCC Countries
Shipping and Delivery Costs:
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs from Saudi Arabia to GCC countries, including any customs duties that may be imposed by customs authorities on the customer.
- We reserve the right to charge shipping fees under exceptional circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is confirmed, you will be provided with the shipment tracking number and the shipping company name via the email and WhatsApp number provided during the order. You are responsible for following up with the shipping company directly, either by phone or through their website.
- Usually, orders are delivered to your address, but you may need to collect your order from the shipping company’s office due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- No response to phone calls from the shipping company
- Any circumstances beyond our control
In-Store Pickup Policy
- The website provides the option to order and pick up from the showroom within 48 to 72 hours from the order confirmation date.
- The preparation time depends on the availability of the product at the selected showroom and may be delayed if the product is unavailable. The customer will be notified immediately of any updates.
- A message will be sent to the customer once the order is ready for pickup.
- The order number must be presented at the time of pickup.
- Orders cannot be modified after confirmation.
- Orders cannot be picked up from a different showroom than the one selected.
- The same return, exchange, and warranty policies apply to in-store pickup orders without any exceptions.
