First, comforters warranty

1. Karaz linen offers this special feature of a full year warranty that is effective once the purchase is made.
2. The warranty covers duvets.
3. The warranty covers fading or dulling of the external colour and disarrangement of the duvet filling, i.e. formation of empty spaces.
4. This warranty enables the client to exchange the product for another product of matching value or to pay more for a higher priced product.
5. Misuse and improper care are never covered by the warranty.
6. Cases of improper washing are not covered by the warranty.
7. The warranty covers damage that resulted despite proper washing, but Karaz Linen is entitled to applying technical tests to confirm the washing way that was used.
8. The warranty does not cover accessories (pillow covers, sheets, bed wrap arounds or "skirts").

 

Cleaning instructions:

Dry cleaning is the only proper method.

Second, bed toppers warranty.

7 cm mattresses toppers and flannel toppers.

1. Karaz linen offers this special feature of a full year warranty that is effective once the purchase is made.
2. The warranty covers disarrangement of the topper's filling, i.e. formation of empty spaces.
3. The warranty covers any evident manufacturing deficiency. Exchange and return are permitted and done according to the return policy's terms (period and value of purchase).
4. Misuse and improper care are never covered by the warranty.
5. Cases of improper washing are not covered by the warranty (kindly follow the washing instructions).
6. The warranty does not cover matted fillings.

 

 

 7 cm bed regular toppers and flannel toppers washing instructions:

1. This product can be washed in a regular washing machine at 30° provided that the product fits entirely.
2. Dry cleaning is recommended for a longer use span.
3. Do not use chlorine.
4. Do not use chemical solvents.

 

 

Tips for 7cm mattress toppers and flannel toppers quality maintenance:

Flip the topper around and upside down weekly. (Flip the head side to the foot side and the left side to the right).

1. Karaz linen offers a special feature of a full year warranty that is effective once the purchase is made.
2. The warranty covers disarrangement of the duvet filling, i.e. formation of empty spaces.
3. This warranty enables the client to exchange or return the product, according to the terms and conditions of Karaz Linen return and exchange policy.
4. High and extremely soft bed toppers are not for everyone, this warranty does not cover cases of sleep discomfort. You are entitled to exchange or return the product according to the Karaz Linen return and exchange policy.
5. Misuse and improper care are never covered by the warranty.
6. Cases of improper washing are not covered by the warranty (kindly follow the washing instructions).
7. The warranty does not cover matted fillings.
8. The warranty covers damage that resulted despite proper washing, but Karaz Linen is entitled to applying technical tests to confirm the washing way that was used.

2. This warranty covers regular pillows only (real feather pillows are not covered).
3. The warranty only covers disarrangement of the filling, i.e. formation of empty spaces.
4. The warranty covers any evident manufacturing deficiency. Exchange and return are permitted and done according to the return policy's terms (period and value of purchase).
5. Misuse and improper care are never covered by the warranty.
6. Cases of improper washing are not covered by the warranty (kindly follow the washing instructions).

 

Pillows washing instructions:

1. Pillows can be washed at 30° in a regular washing machine (real feather pillows are not covered).
2. Fabric softener can be used.
3. All pillow types must be washed with matching colours.
4. Do not use chlorine.
5. Do not use chemical solvents.
6. Do not wash a pillow separately. The washing machine must be full with matching colour laundry.
7. Some pillow types washing instructions are not mentioned. The client can read the washing instructions provided with the product.

 

Real feather bed pillows warranty:

1. Karaz linen offers this special feature of a full year warranty that is effective once the purchase is made.
2. This warranty covers all real feather bed pillows available at Karaz Linen.
3. The warranty only covers disarrangement of the filling, i.e. formation of empty spaces and unmendable clumping of feather inside the pillow.
4. The warranty covers any evident manufacturing deficiency. Exchange and return are permitted and done according to the return policy's terms (period and value of purchase).
5. Misuse and improper care are never covered by the warranty.
6. Cases of improper washing are not covered by the warranty (kindly follow the washing instructions).

 

Real feather bed pillows washing instructions:

 

1. Dry cleaning is the proper method, never expose to water or steam. Real feather is highly sensitive and water contact leaves vulnerable (we recommend buying a waterproof pillow protector to maintain cleanness for longer. Pillow protectors are available in our pillow section).
2. Do not use chlorine.
3. Do not use chemical solvents.

Fourth, mattresses.

The warranty covers all mattress types but the warranty period depends on the type

(warranty periods of each type are available at the bed mattresses section)

 

This warranty covers:

1. Parts that are damaged due to regular use, not cases of misuse. (Ensure you buy a bed mattress compatible with your weight).
2. Ripped handles and any fabric rips due to shipping or moving.
3. Damaged springs or inner wires due to shipping or moving.
4. Any springs, wires or inner parts puncturing through.
5. Any measurements mistakes due to poor manufacturing.
6. Sagging of the mattress. The warranty covers cases where the sagging exceeds 5 cm particularly in the sleeping position scope. (All covers and pillows are removed and two rulers are crossed to affirm the measurements of the sagging).
7. Any creaking springs are covered.
8. Any manufacturing errors are covered but within the warranty period.

 

Tips for mattresses quality maintenance:

 

1. Air out your mattress well and regularly (every 3 months).
2. Do not use a wooden bed base with wide spaces between the planks.
3. Flip your mattress monthly

 

Proper way of flipping a mattress:

1. If it's a double face mattress:
1. Flip it around (monthly).
2. Rotate your mattress (head side to feet side and vice versa).
2. If it's a single faced mattress:
1. Rotate your mattress (head side to feet side and vice versa).
2. Standing on the mattress for long periods or jumping will damage the springs.
3. Do not attempt folding the mattress.

 

Bed mattress washing instructions:

1. Spot clean only.
2. Only regular cleaning products can be used (shampoo and chemical solvents-free cleaning products).
3. A mattress topper is recommended to maintain mattress cleanness. Karaz Linen offers many topper types; you can also use waterproof toppers.

 

Fifth, elastic bed wrap arounds, elastic-free hotel wrap arounds, plain hotel duvet covers, European-style cushion cases, hotel cushion cases.

Karaz linen offer a full year warranty on all of these products (winter season and summer season).

The warrantee covers:

Discoloration, on the term that the washing instructions were followed.

Cases of yellowing due to long periods of no cleaning are not covered. The products are recommended to be washed regularly on a maximum of 2 weeks.

Fabric tears and seam rips due to misuse are not covered.

 

 

Washing instructions:

All types of covers can be washed in a regular washing machine at 30° or less.

Regular cleaning products can be used (shampoo and chemical solvents free cleaning products).

Fabric softener can be used.

All cover types are washed with colour matching items.

Do not use chlorine.

Do not use chemical solvents.

 

Sixth: hotel\single\flannel bathrobes, bathrobe sets and towels warranty.

Karaz linen offers a full year warrantee on all types of towels (white coloured hotel towels or coloured everyday towels), single bathrobes, flannel robes and bathrobe sets.
 

 

The warrantee covers:

Discoloration, on the term that the washing instructing were followed.
For Bridal bathrob sets, Lace embroidery is not covered by the warranty.

 

 

Washing instructions:

1. All types of towels and single or flannel bathrobes are washed in a regular washing machine at 30° or less.
2. Regular cleaning products can be used (shampoo and chemical solvents free cleaning products.
3. Fabric softener can be used.
4. Towels and single or flannel white coloured or cream coloured bathrobes are washed with colour matching items, unlike coloured ones.
5. Do not use chlorine.
6. Do not use chemical solvents.

 

Seventh, duvet cover filling.

Duvet cover filling warrantee.

Karaz Linen offers a full year warrantee on all duvet cover filling types, the warrantee covers:

1. Disarrangement of the filling, i.e. formation of empty spaces.
2. Misuse and improper care are never covered by the warranty.
3. Cases of improper washing are not covered by the warranty (kindly follow the washing instructions).

 Embellished covers that are accessorized adorned with lace or handmade (Bridal) washing instructions:

Embellished covers that are accessorized, adorned with lace or handmade are dry cleaned only. Do not expose it to water.

Do not use chlorine.

Do not use chemical solvents.

 

 

 

Duvet cover washing instructions:

1. All sheet types are washed at 30° in a regular washing machine.
2. All sheets are washed with matching colour laundry.
3. Fabric softener can be used.
4. Do not use chlorine.
5. Do not use chemical solvents.

 

Only regular cleaning products can be used (shampoo and chemical solvents-free cleaning products).

 

 

Ninth, winter blankets and throw blankets warrantee.

Karaz linen offers a full year warrantee for all types of winter blankets and throw blankets.

 

The warrantee covers:

External discoloration, on the term that the washing instructions were followed.

 

 

 

Winter blankets and throw blankets washing instructions:

Kindly follow the washing instruction tagged on the product. Each product's washing instructions are different.

 

 

Tenth, quilts warrantee.

Karaz Linen offers a full year warrantee for all types of quilts.

The warrantee covers:

Discoloration or disarrangement of the filling, on the term that the washing instructions were followed.

 

Quilts washing instructions:

1. All sheet types are washed at 30° in a regular washing machine.
2. Do not use chlorine.
3. Do not use chemical solvents.
4. Only regular cleaning products can be used (shampoo and chemical solvents-free cleaning products).

 

Warranty effectiveness specifications:

If a client purchased the product from a Karaz Linen department store:

1. If the product is a comforter or a pillow, the client takes it to a Kara Linen department store and receives a "product examination receipt" form the store.
2. The client will hear back in 7-10 business days and will be informed of the examination result.
3. If the product is a bed mattress, the clients ships it to on his expense, Karaz Linen is entitled to 7- 10 business days to inspect the product and assure the effectiveness of warranty.
4. if the product fulfils the terms and conditions, it is replaced with an product of matching value 14 days after the client gets the inspection results, in case the client wants a higher priced product they pay the price difference.
5. If the product does not fulfil the terms and conditions, the client must collect it from our department store before a 14-day period or ship the product on their own expense. After 14 days, Karaz Linen is no longer responsible for the product.
6.  If the product fulfils warranty terms and conditions and the client wishes to exchange it for an identical product, they will not be charge for any extra fees if the product is available. If the product is no longer available, they can exchange for a product of matching value. If the alternative is of higher value, the client pays the difference in value.

 

If the client made the purchase on our online store:

1. If the product is a comforter or a pillow, the client takes it to a Karaz Linen department store and receives a "product examination receipt" form the store.
