Natural silk is derived from silkworm cocoons nourished exclusively with mulberry leaves.

• Producing 1 kilogram of silk requires approximately 3,000 silkworms and nearly 104 kilograms of mulberry leaves.
• Crafting a traditional pure silk kimono may require around 5,000 silkworms.
• Silk quality is measured using the Momme scale, ranging from 1 to 29. Higher Momme ratings indicate denser, more durable, and more luxurious silk. This pillowcase is crafted from premium 19 Momme Mulberry silk.
